About the Venue

Château de Vallery lies 100 km from Paris on the border of Burgundy and Île-de-France, designed in the 16th century by Pierre Lescot, architect of the Louvre. This wedding chateau in Burgundy once belonged to the Princes of Condé and inspired La Princesse de Clèves. Its historic grounds include 5 hectares of landscaped gardens, 60 hectares of forest, and medieval ramparts.

The château offers a rare combination of Renaissance grandeur and cultural openness, welcoming all faiths for weddings, baptisms, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and secular ceremonies. Couples can choose between the Renaissance halls, lush gardens, or the 17th-century village church of Saint-Thomas de Cantorbéry.

A no-curfew policy allows celebrations to flow into dawn, while winter and mid-season weddings benefit from promotional rates. With on-site and nearby accommodation, a heated pool, and year-round accessibility, it is both a romantic retreat and a logistical dream for international weddings.
