About This Venue

A Renaissance castle in the heart of the Côtes de Meuse

Château d'Hattonchâtel is a Renaissance-style castle classified as a Monument Historique, set in the Côtes de Meuse between the Champagne and Alsace regions of Lorraine. A tower holds the bridal suite, looking out over the surrounding valleys, and the Salle de Burgraves, the château's dining hall, keeps its original lit fireplace. A circular tower room and a French-style Atrium garden complete the historic core of the building.

The château is hired on full exclusivity for weddings from 2 to 99 guests, with 13 bedrooms sleeping up to 38 on-site. A typical weekend runs from Friday check-in and a welcome dinner, through Saturday's ceremony and vin d'honneur in the Atrium garden followed by dinner in the Salle de Burgraves, to a Sunday breakfast and brunch before departure.
