Built in the 17th century and enlarged in the 18th century, the Château de Vitry-la-Ville is one of the rare champenois residences built in chalk stone and topped with an Irish violet slate roof. The estate spans 17 hectares and is adorned with gardens designed by Le Nôtre, and two unique gates forged by Louis XIV's master ironsmith.
