The chateau's origins trace back to the 16th century. In the 19th century, it took on the form recognised today, with large wrought-iron gates opening into a driveway leading to an exquisitely restored chateau in classic Provence colours. The name Château de Paon was inspired by the graceful peacocks that once sought shade beneath the estate's ancient elm tree. Following a four-year restoration completed in 2022, the chateau now offers exquisite settings for ceremonies, receptions, and multi-day celebrations.
