Did everyone have a lovely weekend? One couple who did was long time girlfriend Priscilla Chan and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, as they wed over the weekend in an intimate garden marriage ceremony. The small ceremony in their backyard was attended by less than 100 guests in Palo Alto, California. Guests thought they were coming over for a surprise party to celebrate Chan’s graduation from UCSF medical school, where on May 14 she received her degree in pediatrics.
Whilst I love all weddings, it was Priscilla’s choice of wedding dress that I was most pleased about – a beautiful sheer backed Claire Pettibone wedding dress.
Priscilla wore a laser cut floral gown adorned with matte sequins lined in silk. Illusion jewel neckline and sheer back with chapel length train.
I am a fan of Claire’s work and love the romantic nature of the dresses mixed with a vintage look. Her latest collection Windsor Rose China is inspired by her 1920’s bohemian grandmother and is as delightful a her highly successful Beau Monde collection.
