Originally a large farming estate in the 19th century embodying Mediterranean identity through vine, wheat, and oil production. In 1987, the estate became home to a Canadian university for real estate development studies, featuring 23 student houses, pools, and tennis courts. The school closed a few years later, and the property was purchased in 2004 by its current owner. Since then, it has been completely renovated and transformed into a unique reception venue combining charm, elegance, and prestige, hosting over 1,000 events over 20+ years.
