The château, set within 12 hectares of lush greenery, offers a picturesque backdrop with views of the Dordogne hills and the serene Garonne River. Château du Raysse offers exclusive use of the estate for weddings, ensuring privacy and intimacy. Couples can choose from various beautiful settings for their ceremony, such as elegant reception rooms, stunning gardens, or by the ancient stone balcony. The venue provides flexibility in wedding planning, allowing couples to either self-cater or utilize recommended local suppliers for an all-inclusive package.

Château du Raysse offers several customizable wedding packages designed to cater to various needs and preferences. Each package ensures exclusive use of the estate, including its stunning grounds, luxurious accommodations, and modern amenities.

Booking a wedding or event at Château du Raysse includes complete exclusive access to the Estate. The Estate comprises the Château, Maison du Parc, and Pigeonnier apartments. In total, there are 15 ensuite bedrooms and two additional bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 38 guests. Amenities include two kitchens, a dining area, a library/living room, a hall, two swimming pools, and beautiful grounds. Children's cots and mattresses are provided at no extra cost. Catering is not included in the rental price.
The Château provides plenty of tables and chairs for general use. For matching furniture, we recommend Chapiteaux en Perigord, who offer a variety of styles and beautiful marquees. We also have a list of recommended suppliers to help organize other elements of your big day.
The Château can host up to 100 guests, with a possible extension to 120 guests under certain conditions. Outdoor ceremonies can be held in the gardens, suitable for up to 100 people with a marquee. The Maison’s hall can accommodate up to 70 guests for indoor receptions and provides additional space for dancing.
We can accommodate up to 38 guests on-site. There are numerous hotels and Airbnb options in the nearby village and in Souillac, which is just five minutes away. Additionally, there is a pretty campsite within a fifteen-minute walk from the Château.
Celebrations can continue indefinitely, but we request that outside noise be minimized after 10 pm to respect our neighbors. DJs and musicians can set up in more secluded areas during the day. After 10 pm, all music should move indoors to the event hall above the Maison du Parc.
Yes, guests can bring their own drinks, and there is no corkage fee. We also recommend some excellent local vineyards to supply wine for your special occasion.
The Château offers excellent flexibility with no restrictions on catering. You can choose your own caterers or use our recommended suppliers. We are available to assist with organizing catering as needed.
