About the Venue

Located in Condécourt, France, just 40 minutes northwest of Paris near Versailles, Château de Villette is a majestic 19th-century château affectionately nicknamed “Le Petit Versailles.” It was designed by François Mansart and completed by Jules Hardouin-Mansart, the famed architect of the Palace of Versailles. The formal gardens, with their two lakes and French parterre gardens, were created by the legendary André Le Nôtre, bringing regal elegance to every outdoor celebration.

Inside, Jacques Garcia’s interiors offer a deeply layered experience—think Louis XV antiques, curated artwork, and luxurious materials throughout. Château de Villette is a luxury Bed and Breakfast offering 14 bedrooms for a maximum of 23 guests. Each room and suite is individually styled, retaining the château’s original character while offering modern comfort. Period details like velvet furnishings, antique mirrors, and natural light add warmth and atmosphere. Whether you're sipping morning coffee overlooking the gardens or getting ready in a stately suite, the experience is immersive and personal.

Weddings here are flexible and immersive. You could exchange vows in the baroque chapel, host cocktails in the orangery, dine in one of the château’s salons—or take it outside beneath the sky. The formal gardens, lakes, and terraces are yours to use. Planning something large? The estate can host up to 500 guests outdoors. Prefer something quieter? Keep it inside, with a celebration for up to 80. There’s even room for fireworks. Getting there

From Paris: Château de Villette is just 40 minutes northwest of Paris by car. You can also take a train from Saint-Lazare to Meulan–Hardricourt, followed by a 15-minute taxi. Public transport via RER A and local bus is available, taking about 1.5 hours.

From London: Take the Eurostar to Paris (2h15), then drive or continue by train to the château. Flights from London to Paris take 1.5 hours, with a 40–50 minute drive to Condécourt.
