Elegant bridal inspiration in beautiful abundance.
Just when we thought we had seen the best of Paris, Victoria Amrose Photography captures this stunning shoot which, yet again, highlights just how romantic a city it truly is…
“Paris, the capital of romance, was the location for this stunning wedding editorial offering elegant bridal inspiration in beautiful abundance.
Think warm peaches, sparkling gems, flowing hair, elegant fitted gowns and natural beauty.
In keeping with the amazing French capital this is a shoot for the modern bride. Whilst retaining the elegant & timeless nature of a classic wedding style! Think warm peaches, sparkling gems, flowing hair, elegant fitted gowns and natural beauty.
The shoot took place in a stunning Haussmannian style apartment close to the Arc de Triomphe, and around the infamous sights of the city.
Make up was kept natural with peach eye shadow, warm blush and light pink for the lips.
Violaine was the beautiful bridal model and had her hair styled down. With loose waves and a side parting swept back with 3 floral crystal hair pins by Cassie M Bridal accessories. Make up was kept natural with peach eye shadow, warm blush and light pink for the lips.
Full-length Badgley Mischka mermaid wedding gown
The first part of the shoot took place at the apartment with the bride wearing a full-length Badgley Mischka mermaid wedding gown. The fitted top featured an intricate pattern of beading laid over chantilly lace which flowed down into a soft tulle skirt. This was teamed with a pair of stunning ivory satin Manolo Blahnik heels, and vintage Christian Dior clip earrings.
Fresh florals were provided by Maison Vertumne and included a hand tied peach & blue bridal bouquet. Featuring a mix of long stemmed flowers of roses, stephanotis, blue teedia and complimenting green foliage.

Hunkington House Kitchen created a simple, elegant 2 tiered iced cake. Which was decorated with a hand dyed silk ribbon bow by Lancaster & Cornish. An elegant wedding invite was designed by Evelyn & Elliott.
The perfect place for some natural light beauty bridal portraits
The light and airy style of the apartment was in keeping with the beautiful femininity of the shoot. The balcony window, overlooking the bustling streets of the city. Provided the perfect place for some natural light beauty bridal portraits.
Following a dress change it was time to get out into the city and capture some portraits. Taking in some of the best of what Paris has to offer. The second dress, also by Badgley Mischka was another fitted mermaid style gown. With statement low back, embellished shoulder straps, and all-over floral embroidered lace.
Photographer, Victoria Amrose says:
“We started at the most famous landmark of all, the Eiffel Tower, with some high fashion style poses on the steps at the Trocadéro Gardens. The sun made for some dramatic yet beautiful shots and the light wind added soft femininity to the look.
Then we headed over to the incredible Louvre museum for a series of photos taking in the impressive pyramid and beautiful tones & textures of the architecture. The ornate stone steps of the museum was the perfect place for some final beauty portraits in the golden hour of light as the sun slowly started to set.
We absolutely loved this shoot and hope you enjoy the imagery. Paris is such a magical place and just perfect for an intimate, micro wedding in the current climate!”
A particular highlight of the shoot was coming across a lovely & very talented Parisian busker playing the saxophone. He kindly played in the background of a selection of our shots, which was just magical! We hope you get lots of beautiful bridal inspiration from these photos.”
