About This Venue
Les Maisons du Bonheur is a family wine estate at Fleurie, in the Beaujolais cru country, held by the Liger-Belair family for eight generations. Daniéla and Juliette host one wedding at a time across the estate's restored winegrowers' houses and stone cellars, with exclusive use of the property for up to 70 guests and 28 rooms so everyone can stay on-site. The turnkey Sérénité weekend runs from a wine-pairing dinner on the first evening through to brunch on the last day, among the vines, the half-hectare garden and the pool.

The Venue History
Beaujolais wine estate with stone cellars and restored winegrowers' houses
The estate has belonged to the Liger-Belair family for eight generations. Over thirty years ago, Daniéla and Christophe Liger-Belair began restoring the family's then-abandoned winegrowers' houses while continuing to work the vines. Today Daniéla runs the estate with Juliette, welcoming one wedding at a time across the restored houses and cellars. The estate traces back to 1776.
