La Cannonerie is a former Cognac estate dating back to the 17th century, originally built as part of the Cognac wine region's infrastructure. The estate has been lovingly restored by its current owners, Anne-Sophie and Clément, who transformed it from a working Cognac property into a luxury wedding venue while preserving its historic character.
