Located in Saint-Pey-de-Castets in southwest France, Domaine de Perrotin is a family-owned estate offering a peaceful, private setting surrounded by 15 hectares of forest, 4 hectares of vineyards, and 3 hectares of landscaped parkland. Once the property of Baron Alain de Condé, the estate is now managed by Camille de Vion de Gaillon and her grandfather Gérard de Vion, who have preserved its historical soul while enhancing it for modern celebrations.
At the heart of the venue is Galerie Cédrus — a striking 140m² hall housed in a former wine cellar — designed to host weddings with up to 120 guests for seated dinners or 300 in the outdoor park. The estate’s flexible layout features multiple ceremony locations including under ancient cedars, in the stone courtyard, or within the gardens. With on-site accommodations and a serene, heritage-rich backdrop, couples can design their wedding over several days in total tranquility.
Domaine de Perrotin offers accommodation for up to 33 guests across the château, gîtes, cottages, dormitory, and Zen rooms. Each room is uniquely styled, including the Canopy Room with its hidden Narnia-inspired shower, and the bridal suite featuring a bathroom built inside a historic bread oven. The estate includes 4 rooms in the château and 7 additional bedrooms across independent lodgings, with options ranging from romantic queen suites to group-friendly dormitories. Additional seasonal glamping options with 40 extra beds can be arranged, allowing more guests to stay on site within nature, under the stars, yet in full comfort.
The estate’s extensive amenities are ideal for multi-day celebrations. Facilities include a 12-meter swimming pool with surrounding terrace, a fully equipped professional kitchen for caterers, and indoor and outdoor bars. Guests can enjoy leisure activities such as pétanque, darts, table football, and a pool table in the Cédrus Bar. A range of indoor and outdoor reception spaces are available, including the high-ceilinged Galerie Cédrus, the Little Gallery for preparations or cocktails, the castle courtyard, and the orchard. Cleaning is included before arrival and after departure, and private kitchenettes are available in some accommodations.
From Paris: By high-speed TGV train, reach Bordeaux in approximately 2 hours, then transfer by regional TER train to Castillon-la-Bataille (30 minutes). The estate is just 10 minutes by taxi from the station. Alternatively, drive from Paris in approximately 6 hours or fly to Bordeaux (50 minutes) with onward ground transport.
From London: The fastest journey is via London to Bergerac Airport (approx. 1.5-hour flight), followed by a short drive to the estate. Total travel time is around 4 hours door-to-door. Airport transfers or taxis can be arranged as needed.
