In the heart of the Dordogne’s Périgord Blanc and only 15 minutes from Périgueux, Château de la Jarthe invites couples to experience a historic wedding destination set within a 140-hectare estate. Listed as a French Historic Monument with origins in the 12th, 14th, and 15th centuries, the estate includes the château, gardens, woodland ceremony sites, and France’s largest Baltard-style Orangerie. The château’s Cour d’Honneur is a striking reception area framed by the stone façades, and its century-old oaks, woodland glades, and landscaped parklands create a captivating backdrop for photographs and celebrations. Guests can stay across five château suites, a stylish Bergerie, a retro-inspired cottage, and a twelve-person dormitory. With complete freedom of choice on vendors and no corkage fees, this venue offers both flexibility and distinction.
