Authenticity at the heart of the vineyards

Chateau de Salettes is a historic chateau hotel set in the heart of the Gaillac vineyard region of Occitanie, near Cahuzac-sur-Vère. The estate offers optional privatisation across six named spaces including two restaurant dining rooms, a terrace, and the Toulouse-Lautrec and Général Hautpoul reception rooms. Forty-six comfortable bedrooms accommodate guests on-site, and the venue pairs fine dining with wine experiences from the surrounding Gaillac estate. An in-house chef handles catering, and a swimming pool and disabled facilities are available.

The Venue History

Chateau de Salettes is the cradle of the millennium-old Gaillac vineyard, continuing today to produce quality wines in partnership with the La Croix des Marchands estate.
