A charming 19th-century Directoire-style château in the heart of the Périgord Noir, located 700 metres from the Grotte de Lascaux IV, surrounded by a 10-hectare wooded park and offering exclusive use for weddings of up to 130 guests with accommodation for up to 120.

The Venue History

The château was built in 1860 and overlooks the river Vézère. The property operated as a four-star hotel from 1987 but was closed for 10 years. Renovation works began in 2015, preserving the authenticity of the original building while using simple materials and modifying the existing structure as little as possible. The château reopened in June 2015 as a chambres d'hôtes (B&B) and gîtes de charme.
