Location: 1.5 hours from Toulouse, Occitanie, South of France
Stephanie and Kieran gathered guests at Château du Puits Es Pratx near Narbonne, choosing a setting that paired history with a clean, modern pace. Château du Puits Es Pratx has comfortable and versatile accommodation for up to 50 guests with ancient doorways, a central fountain courtyard, and flexible indoor and outdoor rooms that suit ceremonies, cocktails, and dinners. In the South of France light, limestone warmed underfoot as the party arrived and found shade by the arcade. This Napoleonic Chateau in Southern France’s architecture guided movement from welcome drinks to portraits while the fountain’s sound carried across gravel. The estate framed the day with stone texture, clipped greenery, and open sky.

Ceremony Whites, Baby’s Breath, and Lace Against Limestone
They leaned into a restrained palette that read fresh on camera. Bridesmaids wore white gowns, and clouds of baby’s breath and white roses lined the courtyard, softening the fountain’s edge without closing the view. Stephanie chose a lace gown that moved easily through the doorway, and Kieran wore a black tuxedo that set crisp contrast for portraits. Guests settled into chairs, heard water and low conversation, then rose as vows began. Château du Puits Es Pratx appeared in every angle, its stone and ironwork adding scale as the couple exited through the arch, crossed the terrace for family photos, and paused beneath olive trees.
Strings of Lights, Open-Air Dining, and Photos After Dark
As evening fell, the courtyard shifted under strands of lights that drew the eye upward and marked the dance floor. Long tables in white kept focus on candle glow and glass, and service moved smoothly between the interior hall and the open air so guests could circulate. The fountain’s rhythm mixed with laughter while doors stayed open for easy passage. Moments and details were documented by Destination Wedding Photographer Clarity Sweden, whose images followed the flow from speeches to first dances and late portraits in the arcade. The night closed with music, warm stone underfoot, and a last toast to Occitanie.
