Location: Normandy, North of France
Set in the heart of the French countryside, Château de Courtomer, a grand 18th-century estate in Normandy, became the dream setting for this romantic editorial. Just a short journey from Paris, where the real-life couple Steph and Paul live, the château offered the perfect backdrop for a celebratory day. Though they’ve modeled for countless weddings, they’ve never actually tied the knot, which made this day even more meaningful. With mild September temperatures, bright blue skies, and glowing afternoon light, the grand chateau set the stage for a romantic, joy-filled atmosphere that felt authentic and heartfelt.

Steph wore two gowns by Oksana Muhka: a long-sleeved A-line dress with a cathedral veil for the ceremony, then a dramatic reception look with an overskirt and undeniable royal flair. An elegant updo transformed into a modern wet-styled look, perfectly matching the day’s evolution.
A Creative Team That Brought the Vision to Life
This incredible atmosphere came together thanks to a passionate creative team. Florals by Empreinte Numero 8 were lush and expressive. Chef Franck Ete of the château crafted a delicious meal of salad, steak, and dessert that delighted every guest. Franklin Paper Studio designed impressionist-inspired menus finished with tassels, a subtle nod to the regal theme. Katy Lunsford, a talented wedding photographer based in France, captured it all with her airy, luminous style, allowing genuine emotion to shine. Together, they transformed Château de Courtomer into the ultimate Regal Romance celebration.
