Location: Narbonne • Occitanie • South of France
Bianca and Marc, a Danish-American couple, brought family and friends together for their summer wedding at Château L’Hospitalet, a Wine Resort Beach & Spa hosting destination weddings. The venue’s rolling vineyards and coastal light created an idyllic setting for an outdoor ceremony led by Marc’s cousin, a Danish priest. Delivered in both Danish and English, the vows were heartfelt and inclusive, reflecting the couple’s shared heritage and love story. As Bianca walked through petals scattered across the aisle, a live jazz trio played softly. When the couple walked back together as newlyweds, the luxury wedding hotel and vineyard filled with music and applause the beginning of a day defined by joy, connection, and effortless style.

Couture Fashion and Vineyard Elegance
The design echoed the landscape refined, organic, and beautifully understated. Soft tones of green, blush, and ivory appeared across floral arrangements, table details, and bridesmaid attire. Dinner was held outdoors beneath strings of light, where crisp linens and sculptural blooms of calla lilies, roses, and green anthuriums brought texture and movement to the setting. Bianca wore a custom gown by Sept Bridal New York, the label’s first couture piece, crafted from French lace and paired with lace Jimmy Choo heels. Marc matched the mood in an off-white Loro Piana jacket and a hand-feathered bow tie, while the wedding party’s olive tones subtly mirrored the vines.
Mediterranean Flavors and Golden Light
Guests were welcomed with a champagne tower and open-air food stations, from oysters on ice to carved Jamon Iberico. Dinner celebrated the region’s produce zucchini blossoms, seared filet, and strawberries served with estate wines like the 2015 L’Hospitalitas. As the sun sank behind the vines, the light turned golden, creating the perfect atmosphere for portraits by Laurène and The Wolf, one of the experienced wedding photography teams in the South of France. Their editorial approach captured laughter, rhythm, and quiet elegance. Later, the mood shifted from harp and violin to an upbeat DJ set that carried the celebration well into the night a true reflection of modern romance in a timeless vineyard setting.
