About This Venue
An organic wine estate in the Alpilles, Provence
Domaine ODDO Vallon des Glauges is a 72-hectare organic wine estate in Eyguières, inside the Alpilles Regional Natural Park in Provence. The estate is hired on an exclusive-use basis, with a minimum of 2 nights. Its reception room seats 130 guests for dinner or holds 150 for a cocktail reception, and opens onto a 250 m² panoramic terrace looking over the vineyards to the Alpilles.
Ceremonies are secular or symbolic and take place on the terrace, in a plot among the vines or, for an extra fee, on the boutique terrace. If it rains, the ceremony moves to the indoor dance floor, for up to 100 guests.
The reception room has air conditioning, a dance floor, a separate children's room and a professional kitchen. Catering comes from outside caterers, and the estate keeps a list of recommended names. The wine is the estate's own, with 30 bottles included in the hire.
The Villa des Glauges sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and has a swimming pool, and its wedding suite looks out over the pool to the Alpilles. The villa and a Friday welcome dinner can be added to the hire, and a typical weekend ends with a Sunday brunch. The curfew is 11pm outdoors and 5am indoors. Marseille Provence Airport is about 45 minutes away, and the Avignon and Aix-en-Provence TGV stations are each under an hour.

The Venue History
1990 · Traditional Provencal
The estate was founded in the early 1990s on the ancient bed of the Durance, at the foot of Les Opies, the highest peak in the Alpilles. Its vines and olive groves grow in a sheltered valley of limestone cliffs and Mediterranean scrubland, and it was already an established wine estate when the current owners arrived. Pascal Oddo and his daughter Lorraine took over in 2015. They replanted part of the vineyard, modernised the winery and redesigned the tasting areas and reception spaces, preserving the character of the property. The estate has been certified organic since 2023.
