It was a day full of happiness and softness. Today, we look back to this memorable and magical wedding day. The religious ceremony of our two lovers was organized in the Abbey of Brantôme, a former Benedictine Abbey founded in 769 by Charlemagne, which gives way to a most incredible architecture in Dordogne.

An ideal place to reflect the love they feel

After saying a big I do in front of their families and friends, Faustine and Roman invited their 150 guests to go to an unusual barn close to the Abbey. Here, they really celebrated and shared great memories with their loved ones surrounding them. Friends and family told stories of the bride and groom from many adventures around the world at both the ceremony and reception.

This celebration had such a charming couple: natural, glimmering, and warm. That made this Dordogne barn such an ideal place to reflect the love they feel. This place of the reception was the most atypical, was decorated by the extraordinary Elisabeth Delsol, florist decorator in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, with a chic and bohemian themed decoration.

Between light garlands, Gypsophila, Dahlia, and Freesia with orange hues, accompanied with green foliage. The reception Barn allowed the guests to escape for a moment, and to enter in the little bubble of happiness of our newlyweds. The set of wedding stationery, made by Les Petits Cartons d’Élodie, played in orange and green tones. Which helped to accentuate the sparkling atmosphere of this emotional day.
