All-White Details with a Modern Twist
The floral design by Elsa of Au Zèbre became the defining feature of the editorial, using white as both medium and message. Rather than layering colours, she worked exclusively with sculptural blooms calla lilies, roses, and anthuriums arranged to feel architectural yet fluid. The reception design followed that same philosophy. Curved table formations encouraged conversation and intimacy, while delicate draping and textured fabrics brought softness to the otherwise crisp setting. Stationery by Lindsay Rondeaux of Kaligrafia added a thoughtful graphic counterpoint, introducing subtle black accents ink strokes, ribbons, and edge detailing that elevated the look with understated contrast. The result was refined, creative, and modern without losing its romantic soul.
A Study in Light and Collaboration
Captured by Marion Alexandra Photography, one of the experienced wedding photographers in the South of France, the shoot came alive through her luminous, detail-rich imagery. Her approach emphasised natural light and composition, translating each creative element into a visual story of texture and tone. Behind the scenes, Mathilde Metreau, among the region’s trusted wedding planners, brought together a team that shared one vision: to show how a single colour, treated thoughtfully, could express endless nuance. From the soft folds of fabric to the bold geometry of florals, every frame reflected balance the meeting of structure and softness, history and innovation. Château Couffins became more than a setting; it became a canvas for a new interpretation of French modern romance.
