There’s something special about the arrival of spring—the air softens, colors return, and everything feels a little more alive. This wedding editorial captured that feeling perfectly, combining soft green and butter-yellow tones with rustic textures and creative, thoughtful styling. Set in the heart of the countryside, it was relaxed but refined, playful yet polished—everything a rustic spring wedding should be.
Styling a Rustic Spring Wedding with Heart and Simplicity
Inspired by the gentle energy of the season, this shoot gave the green-and-yellow trend a fresh, countryside twist. Set at Mas Guillaumand, a charming wedding venue tucked away in the Cévennes, the atmosphere was full of personality and warmth. Vichy-checked tablecloths brought in a touch of classic French charm, paired effortlessly with white iron chairs, loose florals, and scattered moss that softened the look.
The floral design by Studio Majali brought the whole scene to life. Light, loose, and a little wild, the arrangements were the perfect match for the rustic vibe. White and buttery yellow blooms added a fresh, spring feel to the tables, while moss, green glassware, and vintage plates layered in charm and texture. It was simple, thoughtful styling—with just enough detail to feel special.
The bride wore a chic two-piece gown—modern in silhouette, softened by delicate lace sleeves. Her bouquet, also created by Studio Majali, was full of creamy florals and trailing green tendrils, echoing the earthy tones found throughout the setup.
Adding a touch of softness and drama, Constance from Cocotouch Déco designed a flowing fabric installation that moved gently with the breeze and framed the space beautifully.
And tying it all together? Anne Delamare, whose photography captured every quiet moment and stylish detail with warmth, light, and a storytelling eye.
A Buffet That Was as Beautiful as It Was Delicious
And then there was the buffet—easily one of the highlights of the day. Every dish was carefully styled and bursting with seasonal flavor. There were citrus salads, herb focaccias, and chocolate-dipped madeleines topped with yellow flowers. Jars of green spirulina juice and savory skewers sat on ceramic leaf platters—it was a true feast for the senses.
More than just food, the buffet became part of the story. It was warm, inviting, and full of personality—just like the rest of this beautifully styled rustic spring wedding.
