Just a short 10-mile journey from Marseille lies the enchanting Provencal venue, La Bastide de Toursainte. Chosen by Jingjing and Alexandre for their special day, this venue perfectly captures the essence of a traditional Provence wedding location. With a dreamy color palette of ivory, lavender, and apricot, floral designer Sophie Robert crafted delicate and sophisticated arrangements that perfectly complemented the bastide’s beauty, embodying the essence of a South of France wedding venue.
Jingjing and Alexandre’s Enchanting South of France Wedding Day
The morning of the wedding saw Jingjing and her bridesmaids preparing in the stunning bridal suite, sipping champagne as they awaited the day’s events. The ceremony took place in the venue’s garden, with a floral arch near the French fountain wall, creating a simple yet stunning outdoor wedding space. Post-ceremony, the couple and their guests moved to the fountain park for a champagne reception, enjoying jazz music and the beautiful sunset, highlighting the charm of a Provence wedding.
Outdoor Reception under Fairy Lights
The reception showcased a harmony of garden roses, sweet peas, delphiniums, and hydrangeas, transforming La Bastide de Toursainte into a luxurious botanical garden. Dinner was served on the terrace, under a canopy of stars, creating an intimate and magical atmosphere.
