A Blush and Fuchsia Styled Shoot at Château du Causse

The bride's gowns came from Élysée Robe de Mariée in Toulouse, with jewellery from By Marguerite and wedding rings from Bijouterie Mohedano. Julie A. Coiffure styled her hair and Caroline Garcia created her polished make-up. Inside the château, she stood by tall windows, in a wood-panelled window bay and beside a marble fireplace, sheer tulle trailing across the patterned floors.

Kelian wore a tailored suit from Carrière Cérémonie. They stood beside the tiered cake in the rose garden and by a gilt frame hung with table cards and flowers, then crossed the rooms of the house.

Later in the afternoon, pink daytime fireworks by On Stage Pyrotechnie rose in front of the stone façade and turrets. A vintage car was parked on the gravel drive, and the pair sat in its red leather seats with the château at their backs. By evening they were walking arm in arm along the hedged paths, Lola gathering her skirt in one hand as the sun dropped behind the trees.

M. Décoration 31 and Brin de Folie gathered garden roses, calla lilies, lisianthus and hydrangeas in shades of blush and fuchsia. In the shade of the park, M. Décoration 31 laid a long table with taper candles, blush napkins, gold cutlery and crystal glasses, with layered arrangements between the candles.

Caty Sweets made the tiered cake, its piped white tiers dotted with strawberries and cherries between gold-framed layers, and it sat on a small wrought-iron table among the roses. Faire-Part Green designed the stationery, pairing deckle-edged cards and menus with a pale pink envelope closed by a gold wax seal.

Château du Causse is a historic house of pale stone, with pointed slate turrets and arched balconies above formal gardens. Beyond the beds, a wide lawn opens out under old trees, and the rooms inside are wood-panelled with tall windows. One of many château wedding venues in the South of France, it pairs open parkland with formal interiors on a single estate.
