The estate features three luxurious 200m² villas Menasina, Pietra Marina, and Cala Longa each offering four bedrooms and sleeping up to eight guests. Every villa is designed to reflect a unique ambiance: Villa Menasina evokes rustic charm with wood and stone elements, Pietra Marina combines Corsican simplicity with warmth, while Cala Longa incorporates Japanese design influences for a calming Zen-inspired retreat.
All villas feature spacious living areas with panoramic windows, fully equipped kitchens, private terraces, and their own infinity pools. The estate accommodates 24 guests in total, providing a cohesive yet private stay in a tranquil coastal environment.

From Paris: Travelers from Paris can reach Casi di Mare via a direct flight to Ajaccio Napoleon Bonaparte Airport, which is approximately 1 hour by road from the estate. Alternatively, a private helicopter transfer from Ajaccio Airport can deliver guests directly to the estate’s heliport for the most seamless arrival experience. Private car transfers from the airport are also available through the concierge service.
