Communication (in English) was smooth and easy. our site visit a couple months before the wedding made us eager to return for the big day(s). It’s a private property so you don’t have to worry about random people on the grounds for your wedding/private event. We especially enjoyed the fact that most of our guests were able to stay on the property (appx 40-ish) so everyone was on time to all the events. The on site crew was super friendly and efficient, driving all the arrival and departures with golf carts to the parking lot so we didn’t have to drag our suitcases on the gravel paths. We had a random issue that was discovered after the wedding, a curtain holder was falling off the wall. However, the chateau did a thorough assessment and ultimately deemed that we were not liable for the charge. We would love to go back for any kind of reason, it was truly a magical experience”
