Pink Orchids and Pleached Trees: An Abbaye de Talloires Wedding on Lake Annecy
Fernanda and Jon's August wedding at Abbaye de Talloires on Lake Annecy: a pleached-tree altar, pink orchid bouquet, and 100 guests in the gardens.
Featured FWS Members
The garden at the Abbaye de Talloires, a former monastery on the shore of Lake Annecy, set the scene for Fernanda and Jon's colourful, modern wedding in late August. Jon grew up in France, with most of his family in Annecy; Fernanda came from New York. They brought 100 guests to the lake for the day. The brief was simple: plenty of colour, good food, and a long night by the water. Josie Brooks photographed the weekend in a documentary style, and Rhapsody Planner pulled it together.
