Anthurium & Sea at L'Île Degaby, Marseille

The ceremony scene unfolded under a sleek graphic arch, facing the sea, with seating that echoed raw, contemporary lines. Colour played a starring role, shifting from crisp whites and burgundy in the daytime to warm amber tones at sunset. Axelle first wore a sculptural asymmetrical gown, pairing a short front with a dramatic train, while her bouquet of white anthurium and calla lily, structured like a handbag, looked more like art than tradition. At her side, Khalil's flowing cape brought an avant-garde couture flair.

Fashion took centre stage, with Axelle in a daytime look by Rime Arodaky and an evening dress from Sonia B., crafted in pearls for the night scenes. She was accessorised with pieces by So-helo and Le Baiser de la Mariée, and her shoes were Rime Arodaky too. Khalil shifted from a couture-inspired cape to a refined black suit from Espace Homme Cérémonie. Beauty was completed by Sam Beauties for makeup and Delphine Ruffini for hair.

Every detail carried the spirit of the island, from marine textures like shells and pearls to refined materials that balanced raw with delicate. The dinner space, designed by AMEL MONTEL DESIGN, who also created the floral direction and the overall editorial concept, was arranged as a square, glowing with greenery and candlelight, almost like a modern art installation. White anthurium ran through the tables in bud vases, the graphic, modern flower chosen as the thread of the whole project. The stationery by Atelier Novem reflected a minimalist yet textured approach, while tableware from Maison Options brought character to the scene. Jewellery by Sohelo and Le Baiser de la Mariée worked around the pearl. The cake by Les Délices de Gladys stood as a contemporary centrepiece, echoing the radical yet refined aesthetic. Together, this creative team turned Île Degaby into a stage where architecture, fashion, and natural light worked as one.
