Location: Cap Ferret • Nouvelle Aquitaine • South of France
At Demeure du Siècle in Cap Ferret, an ideal location for a seafront wedding near Bordeaux, Marion and Ludo’s elopement unfolded with the rhythm of the Atlantic. The venue, perched above the water near Bordeaux, offered pines, sand, and horizon-wide light—an elemental stage for a design-led celebration. Every detail followed a “less, but better” philosophy shaped by planner Noémie Lbj2a, where space, texture, and silence were as important as form. The couple exchanged vows on the beach, framed by calla lilies and dune grasses, then returned to the terrace for dinner overlooking the basin. The result was pure coastal minimalism: clean, modern, and deeply atmospheric, anchored in the soft movement of sea and wind.

Design Notes: Quiet Modernism by the Sea
The editorial’s visual identity balanced precision and calm. The ceremony altar—wild yet structured—blended natural grasses and white blooms shaped like foam, crafted by Dahlia Monamour using stems from Semeur Cueilleur. Dinner took place around a sculptural square table dressed in pale gray linen, with vessels inspired by shells from Eloïse Dubois Céramiques. Slim brass lamps, clear hurricanes, and a tower of choux anchored the tablescape with understated drama. The stationery by L’atelier M carried the same tone: minimal, type-led, and tactile. Every element echoed the coast—modern lines softened by organic movement and the subtle play of shadow through the pines.
Captured by Paulineh Photographe with Direction from Noémie Lbj2a
The creative direction by Noémie Lbj2a, one of the trusted wedding planners in the South of France, grounded the day in simplicity and intention. Paulineh Photographe, among the best wedding photographers in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, documented the elopement in motion—waves against stone, linen rippling in wind, light shifting across skin. Together, their collaboration made space for stillness, letting Demeure du Siècle and the Cap Ferret landscape lead the narrative. With styling, florals, and sound design in harmony, the editorial became more than a shoot: a meditation on design, emotion, and the natural rhythm of France’s Atlantic coast.
