Elegant Countryside Romance: A Wedding at Chateau De La Roche Courbon

Today we are taking you to the West Coast of France, where Clementine and Viktor got married on a beautiful summer day. They’ve chosen Chateau de la Roche Courbon as their wedding venue, a stunning castle built in the 15th century and listed as a French Historic Monument. The couple wanted a relaxed atmosphere with a prestigious backdrop and Chateau de la Roche Courbon was the perfect place for their special day. Clemence Aresu has captured the gorgeous details and all the sweet moments that made this country-chic celebration warm our hearts at first sight.

From the photographer… Clementine and Viktor celebrated their wedding in the beautiful French gardens of Château de la Roche Courbon in Charente-Maritime.

After a civil wedding at the city hall, they went to the château for an outdoor religious ceremony. The ceremony occurred under an avenue of lime trees in the castle gardens. It was truly magnificent! The bride, groom, and their families hand-crafted all the decorations, with a rustic-country theme.

The couple and their guests then moved to the chateau’s French gardens to attend the cocktail party and took some group and couple photos. There was no shortage of possibilities in this beautiful location!

Once the cocktail party was over, the guests were able to sit down in one of the castle’s rooms to enjoy a good meal. Once again, the bride and groom decorated the room and the tables with exquisite taste, using a clean, plant-based theme.

It was a beautiful day, celebrating love in an extraordinary place that made this wedding truly unique…
