Château de Sanse is located in Sainte-Radegonde, just 20 kilometers from Saint-Emilion. This 16th-century estate combines historic features with modern comforts, offering a serene atmosphere for weddings, events, or peaceful getaways.

The château sits on 10 hectares of private land surrounded by vineyards and forests, featuring a private fishing lake and a heated swimming pool. The estate offers a bistronomic restaurant, 16 comfortable rooms, and versatile event spaces, including a large terrace and a barn.

Guests can also enjoy scenic views from the outdoor lounge and cocktail bar. Ideal for weddings and other private events, the château provides easy access to the historic villages of Gironde and Dordogne, making it a perfect base for exploring the region’s vineyards, castles, and markets.

Château de Sanse offers 16 well-appointed rooms designed for comfort and relaxation. These rooms include standard options and suites with private terraces or balconies, providing enough space for 32 guests. All rooms feature modern amenities, and two rooms are equipped for guests with reduced mobility.

The estate provides an ideal setting for wedding guests, family gatherings, or corporate stays, combining elegance with practical features for a comfortable visit.

The estate includes several facilities for relaxation and leisure. Guests can unwind by the heated swimming pool or enjoy the surrounding private forest and fishing lake. The château also offers a pétanque pitch, a children’s playground, and various outdoor seating areas.

Getting there

From Paris:   You can take a high-speed TGV train from Gare Montparnasse to Bordeaux, a journey that takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. From Bordeaux, the estate is just a 60-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can opt for a direct flight from Paris to Bordeaux, which takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
