Château de Pondres, with its roots dating back to 1195, is a magnificent historical site near Sommières in Occitanie. This beautifully restored château, a listed historic monument, offers a blend of rich history and modern luxury. Situated between Nîmes and Montpellier, it boasts a 15-hectare park bordered by the Aygalade river.

The château's architecture evolved significantly in the 17th century under Pierre II de Crouzet, and it underwent extensive restoration in the early 21st century. Today, Château de Pondres features a 4-star hotel, the La Canopée restaurant, and a wellness area.
