A Fine Art Bridal Editorial at Chateau de Brametourte, Tarn
A fine art bridal shoot at Chateau de Brametourte in the Tarn, featuring a Rosa Clara gown and photography by Pattie Fellowes.
Inspired by the French folk tale of La Dame de Brametourte, this fine art bridal editorial captured the quiet anticipation of a bride within the walls of a thousand-year-old Tarn estate. Pattie Fellowes Photography documented the morning in a painterly, timeless style that celebrated stillness and atmosphere.
Getting Ready

Inside the stone rooms of Chateau de Brametourte, the bride dressed in a long-sleeved Rosa Clara gown from Les Rubans des Leopoldine, its intricate embroidery of pearls and rhinestones catching the morning light. Annette Carr styled a romantic updo while Mathilde Rouzaud completed a look that balanced vintage refinement with natural glow. Handmade jewelry by Caitlin Harper, inspired by wild meadow flowers, added a final organic touch.
Bridal Portraits

Pattie Fellowes captured the bride within the chateau's thousand-year-old walls, soft natural light framing intimate details against stone and antique furnishings. The long-sleeved gown and lace-edged veil carried a timeless quality, each portrait suspended between myth and modernity. Quiet strength and serenity defined every frame, honouring the French folk tale of La Dame de Brametourte.
Design and Details

The Renaissance Dining Room was transformed into a painterly tablescape alive with pastel florals by Sarah Menager. Vintage Minton plates, Waterford crystal, and polished silver cutlery dressed the table against the chateau's aged stone walls. In the medieval courtyard, Cat Banks's handcrafted pastries were served on ceramics by Alexandra Francois, each piece adding to the editorial's layered sensory narrative.
Flat Lays

Close-up frames revealed the editorial's attention to texture and light: the fall of lace across antique furniture, the glow of polished silver, and the curve of a hand resting on aged stone. Ribbon-tied favours, embossed stationery, and delicate glass vases sat against rough-hewn surfaces, each vignette telling a quiet story of old-world refinement.
