So I finally got the Christmas tree up this weekend and now just to sort out what we are eating and the rest of the itinerary and I will be set!

It has been a fabulous week on the blog this week some inspiring real weddings in France, how to have an alternative Christmas wedding and we take a sneak behind the lens of a photographer on a wedding day.

Following the recent vote on Facebook, we started the week with an engagement shoot in Paris by creative designers Anny and Alan from Hong Kong.

If you are embarking on your wedding and you already have a family of their own, it can be difficult to create a wedding day that is personal yet includes everyone.  Caroline and Jean Christophe’s Normandy & Paris wedding included lots of wonderful details such as a personalised photo backdrop and fun table centrepiece as well as many intimate moments for the newlyweds.
