The Sunday R&R

Happy Sunday my fellow francophiles and how are we this fine weekend?  I have had a super week, moving forward with some exciting developements and projects for 2014, finishing off the new lounge area at Trulove HQ and munching on a delicious hamper from Bonjour French Food.

This is for UK readers, but if you are a francophile and want a little piece of France,  Bonjour French Food is a French gourmet subscription box that is delivered straight to your door.  You might be wondering, isn’t that just French food that I can buy in the local supermarket?  It certainly isn’t, here is the content of the November hamper.

bonjour foodIt included Marlette bread, Aix & Terra Tapenade, Tomatine de Tomate, Petits-beaurres apéritif, quail terrine and a caramel and salted butter compote.  It also comes with a printed mini book that tells you all about the products, interested information about francophile news and recipes.  I have been addicted to the tapenade, it is just delicious and have finished it in a couple of days.  (Just don’t tell Mr T as I was supposed to save some!)  You can purchase the hamper per month or on a monthly subscription find out more www.bonjourfrenchfood.com/en

On Monday we were off to the rustic Dordogne countryside for a wedding at Chateau de la Bourlie by Craig George Photography – read full wedding here.
