Happy New Year to you and welcome to the first Sunday R&R of 2016!
I could start this post by telling you of all the wonderful developments for the FWS family during this year, or I could tease you with the new lets say ‘activities’ that will be introduced during 2016…. but I am not going to do that.

New Year – new routines
I do like starts, the start of a new year, the start of a month, the start of a new routine – which is what my guide is focusing today on my new investment in myself, my self care and my own health as a entrepreneur.
My first purchase is an infusing water bottle, to aid in the consumption of more water whilst say at my desk and blogging. Like the range from Live Infinitely.
I am enjoying delving into the world of crystals and the influence they can have on the energy of a space. The two crystals that I have added to my toolkit are citrine and rose quartz, and my once piece of advice if you can visit a shop in person, is to pick a crystal that speaks to you.
It doesn’t have to be the prettiest or shinest, but the one that calls to you. You can find some crystals to help you get started here.
Coming up on the blog next week:
Have a great day
