Shabby Chic Wedding Inspiration Photo shoot

Shabby Chic is one of my favourite styles for weddings, so I was delighted when Jacquelyn Poussot sent me a beautiful shabby chic wedding inspirational shoot.  Styled by Jacquelyn and Big Rock Little Rooster, the shoot epitomizes the soft and demure side to shabby chic brides, which is a perfect fit for the Christos gowns.

The shoot is not your usual completely feminine shabby chic style, but also incorporates a strong masculine presence including croquet trophies and antler sheds as part of the table decoration, balanced with tables full of beautiful wild flowers.  The  antler sheds give a textural element to the style, kept unpolished to preserve their historical quality and also to complement the cast iron acanthus leaves and romantic mirrored candle holders from BHLDN.

Watch out for the paper fish that adds movement and humour to the decorations!
