New York Bridal Week has just come to an end and there are so many wonderful creations and images whizzing around the web and Pinterest world. Of course I have been keeping a watchful eye on the latest bridal wear trends and I am delighted to welcome back one of my favourite designers, so introducing Monique Lhuillier Fall 2015 Collection.
The Fall 2015 Bridal collection draws inspiration from the surreal beauty and fantasy of a jewelry box. The gowns were dreamed up by Monique as if from a treasure trove of her keepsakes and ornate jewelry, where a perfectly poised ballerina balances en pointe pirouetting in delight.
The gowns are beautiful in their effortlessly dreamy composition, yet subtly glamorous. The collection features soft sheaths of fabric with exaggerated and show stopping trains. In a range of silhouettes, the collection provides for embroidered trumpets to grandiose gowns, fit for a queen in a French castle!
Monique Lhuillier has experimented with a playful twist featuring gowns in shades of mint, lavender, primrose and blush. Of course no Lhuillier collection would be complete without lace which compliment layers of sheer colored tulle.. The ready to wed collection takes its cue from the sweetly feminine ballerina with a two-piece crop-top, tea-length skirt and antique gold strapless mini.
The collection is below, but be sure to visit Monique Lhuillier for more collection details.
Love it !
Wow these dresses are amazing! Any idea what to expect for a price tag, because they look like they’d cost a small fortune. Thanks for sharing all the great photos.
