Welcome to another wonderful week here at FWS lovelies, we have a gorgeous Le Manoir de L’Etang wedding inspiration shoot to share with you today including FWS vendor D’amour et de Déco.
This styled shoot included a wonderfully talented bunch of wedding suppliers including the talented stationer Nice Plume who we also collaborated with in Team Amours French Riviera styled shoot which you can see here.
We love all the romantic details seen throughout these images taken by photographer Whitney Heard especially the moments with the beautiful horses! We’ll now hand you over to Whitney who will be walking us through this Le Manoir de L’Etang Wedding…
“A soft and romantic shoot planned and styled by D’amour et de Déco that takes place at Le Manoir de L’Etang. The perfect inspiration for an intimate elopement. It was a bright sunny day, with horses roaming around the gardens, and soft light shining through the trees, you are sure to feel at home in this elegant setting.”
“D’amour et de Déco, planned this shoot with romantic hues of violet, ivory and lush green. The details are delicate and well thought out, bringing new and achievable ideas to the modern bride. Gold, and ivory hand-calligraphed invitations by Nice Plume, a flowing gown by Martine Toledano beautifully worn with flawless hair and makeup by Les Ciseaux de Marie what is not to love about this timeless romance.”
“The French countryside is the perfect place for an elopement. When you arrive at the venue, you feel the rich history of Le Manoir de L’Etang, stone walls, covered in lush ivory, windows with white shutters and gardens lined with olive trees. We chose to pair this beautiful setting with a romantic white gown by Martine Toledano, that has a plunging neckline to compliment the timelessness of the location.”
“There was a young grey stallion who was curious and eager to meet the new visitors. The final shots of the shoot consist of the bride overlooking the valley with the veil draped over her, watching the sunset.”
“The table is delicately set, with attention to detail, hand-calligraphed name tags and menus, silver and bone cutlery, gold accents on the glassware and candle holders and wild, organic floral arrangements styled by D’amour et de Déco. The courtyard was the perfect place to put the table, overlooking the gardens with the historic building close by. While the sun was setting, the horses wandered into the gardens to greet the bride and groom.”
