Happy Shabby Christmas

Happy Shabby Christmas everyone! Thanks to the wonders of scheduling if you are reading this over Christmas Day I will be looking very unglamorous yet trying to be fabulous whilst hosting our first extended family Christmas Day dinner. I was planning lots of wonderful posts on my first Shabby Chic Christmas journey, but the truth I have been so busy with the blog and a wonderful new project launching on 1st January, that our Christmas was cobbled together a couple of days before today.

I was completely unprepared for the work that is involved and sought your help with meat advice on facebook and a huge thank you to the readers who took the time to email me some of your festive recipes and hints, Gemma your apricot stuffing recipe should be on the table today!  I will also be making use of Le Trou Normand as my Christmas Day secret weapon.

But I wanted to leave a short Christmas Day message to all my readers. I raise a glass of bubbles to each and every one of you today, without you the FWS blog would not be the success it is.  Thank you for your continued support, thank you for sharing your wedding planning journeys and thank you for helping to create the FWS bridal community.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays
