We are heading to the glamorous French Riviera for todays fairytale wedding at Chateau Saint Martin & Spa. This stylish photo shoot was perfectly planned by My Riviera Weddings and captured beautifully on film by talented photographer Thomas Audiffren.
We love the brides floaty Géraldine Daulon gown and all the fine art wedding touches which added a real touch of elegance to the shoot.
Natalia Langsdale of My Riviera Weddings will now be walking us through this fairytale wedding at Château Saint Martin & Spa…
The inspiration behind this styled Chateau Saint Martin & Spa wedding photo shoot was to bring to life a modern fairytale in an emblematic location on the French Riviera. We worked with brands synonymous with luxury in the sense that they were carefully handpicked artists in their own right along with vendors accustomed to working with the highest level of requirements, using their creativity and imagination to push boundaries with unique propositions that resulted in a truly magical offering.
With every timeless My Riviera Weddings inspirational wedding shoot, we go beyond classic concepts and invite you to enter our realm to learn of other contemporary inspirations we have created. Because to orchestrate the most beautiful day of one’s life is arguably the beginning of the most sumptuous and sweet adventure in our lives, we are there each step of the way. With creative souls, a deep thoroughness and the pinnacle of detail is what defines the basic of a My Riviera Weddings planned event or shoot. Through this particular photoshoot, we wanted to demonstrate our expertise and those of our fellow partners and which we feel was so well translated in images thanks to our talented photographer, Thomas Audiffren.
With rare talent, our carefully selected vendors as well as the uncompromising quality of products and the choice of an exceptional venue, the Château Saint Martin & Spa, we wanted to transform the love story of two people in love in an “elopement wedding” scenario where the ambiance evoked was one that was refined, luxurious and elegant.
Several examples were testament to this vision such as the 3D floral ‘arch’ carefully construed by Manakin Fleurs & Décoration florist, the choice of jewellery by HRH Joaillerie Monaco or the magnificent bespoke and unique wedding dress by the talented Géraldine Daulon (Paris). Geraldine found inspiration for the made to measure bridal dress in the private chapel at the château.
The contemporary climbing floral art adorning the walls of this intimate chapel was meticulously rendered to life in the structured body of the dress with the hand embroidered sequins and the fluidity of the trail of the dress evoking the gentle gusts of wind dancing through the corridors of the 5-star establishment, accompanied by the hundreds of butterflies flying around adding this magical effect to the surroundings.
Each couple is unique and their wedding day exclusive hence why perfection is our ultimate motto. We wished to highlight art and methodology, the freshness of a fusional style while ever respecting the passions of the couple, classic cars and art.
Each partner involved brought their own identity and together we strove to achieve a new perspective that was sought after in such an exceptional and well-known venue which is part of the Oetker Collection and is renowned worldwide. The outcome we feel was refined and came to life in an environment hidden away from the crowds where tranquility, luxury and nature play an intricate part. We truly hope that this was rendered in the photography.
