Good morning folks, we hope your week has been going great! We are at the ready to brighten your week with today’s colourful and fun bridal inspiration which is full of talented FWS vendors who are excited to show you their talents…
Let’s start with wedding planner extraordinaire Rock My Love, a mother and daughter team who plan weddings all over France. “We are professionals: Coming from the fashion and marketing world, we are coordination and image specialists, we leave nothing to chance. We know our region: We take advantage of our significant knowledge from the south of France to recommend you idyllic venues, high-quality suppliers and original ideas. We are experienced: Using our services, will not only save you time, but also help you move forward with serenity and enriched ideas.”
There to capture all the fun and prettiness was FWS vendor and photographer Olivia Marocco. “Being an artist at heart I treat photography as the art form it should be and not just a business. I cater for discerning clients who appreciate beautiful, artistic photography. My work is often described as original, creative, atmospheric, emotional and fun. I am proud of this as it’s what I believe photography is all about, together with having the eye of an artist, the ear of a friend and the attentiveness of a reporter. As a Destination Wedding Photographer, I shoot weddings in both London and neighbouring southern counties – Hampshire, Surrey & Dorset and south of France, Côte d’Azur – Monaco, Cannes & Nice.”
Last but by no means least, not only was Olivia there for this unique bridal shoot but the wonderful videographers Airsnap were too. “The team Airsnap has been filming weddings for 4 years, we come from a filmmaking background having studied at the ESRA film School. Our origins then evolved into commercial filmmaking for luxury goods for brands such as Wella Cosmetics, Rolls Royce, Radisson Hotels to name a few. The transition into weddings was a natural evolution as we were drawn more and more into creating stories and expressing authenticy and emotion. We are passionate about filming weddings due to the personal and unique human aspect.”
We’ll now pass you over to Rock My Love who will be walking you through this fun bridal inspiration…
“This photo shoot was conceived to inspire our brides and their bridal parties. Our wedding planning agency, Rock My Love, addresses couples from abroad looking to get married in France.”
“As we are fortunate enough to work with a diverse range of nationalities and brides who are not just more beautiful than one another but also quite different from each other, we wanted to be able to propose an array of make-up and hairstyles to match and enhance their different skin tones, the shape of their eyes and their hair type and texture.”
“And since the “bridal preparations” are such an important part of the wedding day, we created a warm, inviting atmosphere where friends are having fun and sharing some special moments as they get ready for the exciting day ahead.”
“Another eye-catching piece was the wall of balloons where Estelle from Deco et ballons managed to perfectly mix the right colours to create an amazing visual experience which, coupled with Maud’s flowers, produced a perfect photo booth backdrop.”
“We needed to pull together a killer team for this shoot and to find a gorgeous location where everyone could relax and the girls could feel at home and enjoy their day – and that’s exactly what we found at the Domaine de Pijaubert in Montauroux. Up we’d climbed, leaving the world behind to discover a haven of beauty and the most breathtaking views. With plenty of outdoor space and a welcoming house, this is a perfect setting for a Provençal wedding.”
“To get the all-important perfect images of this joyous occasion we reached out to the very talented Olivia Marocco who has such an original eye. No detail is missed and she knows just how to capture the emotions of the moment.”
“Of course a video was a must to really bring this girls-only photo session alive and in fact the team from Airsnap were the only men with us on site that day. A young and creative team who were very excited by this project and were the ones behind the idea of this very dynamic video which perfectly reflects the atmosphere of the day.”

“Because decoration is such an important element in showcasing the venue, we asked Maud Création Florale to make the floral arrangements. Maud created some highly original compositions with a delicate mix of colours and flowers, you just need to look at the photos to see how out of the ordinary her bouquets are.”
“There’s no way you can miss the mouth-watering pyramid of macarons and nougatine at the center of the table. It’s Lila from Vivre d’Amour et de Gâteaux who produced these marvellous cakes. We asked her for lots of colour and pretty shapes and just look at the visual and tasty treat she gave us! This incredibly colourful table of sweet delights with flowers by Maud will surely make all your guests want to skip straight to dessert.”
“The hanging table is the creation of Céline from By Mademoiselle Deco, who proposes objects for hire as well as made to measure items for even your craziest of needs. Dressed by her team, this pretty table added the perfect touch of elegance to a day among girls.”
“Thanks to our five beautiful models who laughed and played the part perfectly all-day long. Without them none of this would have been possible. Anita of Studio Ohlala skilfully worked the girls hair to produce elegant, natural styles reflecting their individual traits and personalities. Esther came with her great beauty truck Belle comme un Camion and used natural makeup to enhance their pretty faces, as brides today are asking for a more natural look that doesn’t change their features.”
“Given the modern style of decor, we needed outfits to go with it. During preparations, the girls were dressed by Mai 68, a bohemian chic brand specializing in soft textures such as cotton and silk. The bridesmaids dresses were specially created for this photo shoot by Atelier Charlotte Auzou in a selection of colourful tones to blend with the inspirational decor and styles to flatter each models’ specific size and shape. Kim, our bride, wore a creation by Mademoiselle de Guise whose gowns mix materials and dare the clean cuts and graphic lines of a modern, dazzling bride. Our Cinderellas found the perfect shoes to fit among the made to measure creations of Alix de la Forest where you can choose shape, colour and material for unequalled comfort and personalisation.”

Being able to exhibit the true flavors of a French Wedding is a great work being done by Rock My Love, Wedding Planners, and their team. Their ideas are quite unique and refreshing and give a total taste of the French Wedding. My favorite part about the venue is the largely dispersed area for free moving around and the little wall covered up with the balloons, that turns it out into an amazing photo shoot booth. The hanging table is really a unique concept and the photographers have done a commendable job capturing all the beautiful moments.
