Hi
I don’t actually like to eat macarons personally, but I LOVE to look at them and to buy them because they are so pretty! Just as well my hubby likes them – otherwise that would be a total waste of money!
Love the Bobbette & Belle tower. The Genii tower is from one of my (Temple Gregory) summer weddings at the Four Seasons in Hampshire. They had a wedding cake as well but we made the macaron tower the grand centrepiece for a huge long dessert station and made a real feature of it!

French macaron is the new cupcake! So versatile and colorful. An so French 😉
My fav is chocolate macaron, which is actually the original flavor when it was first created a long long time ago.
I didn’t know that about the chocolate macaron, that should elevate it to being mandatory in every mixed macaron box!

Yummy!
I am quite new to these delights, but now I have discovered them, I Iove going into a patisserie and choosing a selection ( I think there is a cassis one!), especially as they normally put them into a pretty little box tied with ribbon. They make perfect gifts to take if you are invited for a meal, and as you mentioned, great for wedding favours! Am I right in thinking the inside of these towers is just a cone, not anything edible? In which case, a DIY project could be possible??? Nice post, Monique!X
I want to see a photo of one eaten! They always look too perfect to take apart!
OMG. I had no clue you could do so much with Macaron towers.. I seen your work on pintrest and told all my friends about it. So be expecting some order from Louisiana. Especially New Orleans, my girlfriends are in love with your work. How long have you been in business???
