Hello lovelies, we hope you’re well and enjoying this glorious Thursday morning. We can’t quite believe summer officially starts in just under four weeks can you? The year is zooming by at record speed although we are ready for lots of sunshine! So why not grab a few moments with a glass of something cold and enjoy today’s rustic French wedding.
As much as we love summer we must admit that each season brings with it a variety of weddings to the blog, each one so different with each season offering something unique. So today we are excited to share with you this beautiful photo shoot which includes many talented vendors even one of our very own FWS vendors wedding planners Emeraude & Coton. Thanks to their extensive knowledge of their area they can offer you the real gems of Montpellier, Languedoc and Provence.
“We worked in this very attractive domain renovated near Montpellier, the Domaine de Rieucoulon, which is a host house of the XVIIeme century renovated and surrounded with vineyards. It offers all the peace of the countryside near Montpellier and the comfort and the conviviality of a family house. It benefits from various spaces: a main room, an Orangery, a greenhouse and a park with its dovecote, its pond and his undergrowth.”
“For this session, we benefited from a beautiful silvery light which revealed the gold and the marsala color, which was the perfect match! For an intimate dinner, Laura the designer choose a wooden table and a green centerpiece which promise some unforgettable memories. She adds a linen runner and wood logs to mark the plates and to complete this rustic but elegant table. The vintage crockery came to complete this pretty atmosphere.”
“These elements and colors are throughout the stationery, customised by Célanie, which personalises everything until even the “bar signs”! She hand painted the background of the invitation in different shades of Marsala and used a touch of gold to highlight some parts of the text.”
“The models (a couple of newlyweds) touched us by their freshness and their spontaneity. The Bride had a chance to put back on her princess dress, a delicate lace model. For the make up, Audrey was inspired by colours of the autumn with a purple eye shadow molten with a light orange to stick with the warm colors of the season. Illina opted for a soft and romantic make-up. The style was incorporated in the bridal bouquet, Laura chose the marsala colour with some trendy and beautiful David Austin roses.”
