It was grey and cold over the weekend in the South of the UK, so I wanted to brighten the start of the week with some french style wedding ideas courteousy of (weddings.events.design.), a San Diego wedding and event design and planning company and other talented suppliers from San Diego. It is just the tonic of prettiness that I needed to start the week and with lots of beautiful floral arrangements that are delightful and sophisticated.
From Liz over at weddings.events.design.: “The French era gives timeless, classic inspiration for the sophisticated modern bride. Brides can add sweet touches of romanticism to their wedding day with a soft color palette of neutral and pastel tones, where less is definitely more. Instead of a traditional wedding cake, let your guests indulge in signature French desserts, such as a bosc pear & almond cream tart paired with crème fraiche ice cream. Serve blush sparkling wine and flavorful coffees throughout the evening. Live happily ever after in amour doux!”
If you love any of the wedding styles, dress, flowers or bridal headpieces in the shoot, be sure to check out the list of suppliers in the bottom in the San Diego area.

The flowers have inspired me to go and purchase some to brighten up my office.
