We are starting the week with a super romantic real pre wedding photo session in Paris planned and designed by Sumptuous Events Paris with photography by Ben & Hope Photography.
I love understated romance and luxury which is epitomized in this beautiful shoot through Ushana’s lace wedding dress and stunning bouquet by Estelle Preston.
The creative force behind Sumptuous Events Paris, Jean Charles Vaneck takes us through this magical shoot: “This smoking hot couple story is one of a kind, and probably one of the most romantic story we ever heard. Jay & Ushana have been working for the same airline as flight attendants for about 4 years. They constantly travelled the world from east to west, and south to north. Until that one special day, when their path crossed and they were put in the same flight from Washington DC to Paris.
In mid air, somewhere over the ocean, they started laughing and talking about so many things they had in common. After landing in Paris, they walked together the cobblestoned streets and the magic began! The first kiss happened on ‘Le Pont Neuf’ during a star night, just like a fairytale movie. Jay & Ushana got engaged last September 2015, and will tie the knot in Paris in July 2016.
During this beautiful pre-wedding shoot we were surrounded by the infamous love lock bridge, street musicians, and crepe stands. We followed the ever present Seine River through the centre of the city, passing by the Notre Dame and finding our way back to the Louvre. ”
A word from Jay:
“The streets of Paris have always been one of my favorite parts of our “French Experience.” The people, the architecture, the romance and the history are everywhere and it can be sensory overload which is why we keep going back to France. You can’t do it all in one trip. We both feel very lucky to come to Paris about 6 times a year, when we fly together. ”

“We think the photos speak for themselves, but one of our favorite moments was after the Notre Dame we found a street saxophone musician performing and Jay & Ushana just started dancing in the street!”
