It seems like ages since we had some beautiful wedding dresses on the blog, so today I am delighted to welcome Galia Lahav Haute Couture and the fabulous La Dolce Vita collection.
Based on the Amalfi coast of Italy, La Dolce Vita collection spoke to me as haute couture that continues to explore the boundaries between bridal ware and fashion. Inspired by the sea, sand and mountains of Positano, La Dolce Vita combines an air of vintage romance and glamour but using silhouettes that celebrate the feminine form.
Through textures of vintage lace and endless ivory trains, the end result is a striking bridal ensemble.
Dolce – Deep v-neck front. The dress is made of satin with a sheer diamond shape and open lower thigh paneling and a sheer heart-shaped open back.
Navona – Mermaid silhouette with a veer deep falling neckline and low back.
Odette – Swan inspired body with a layer of tulle.
Paradiso – Feathery lace detailing and long sheer sleeves give this dress a bird-like silhouette.
Tullia – A dusty ivory dress with dramatic oval lace details and also come with detachable sleeves.
Veneto – Covered in sheer lace fabric, the body is adorned with beaded French lace.
Naama – 1920’s inspired vintage lace short dress.
