Happy Monday lovelies, did you have wonderful weekends? I have another week crammed full of wedding delight for you, starting with the chic Parisian wedding of Claire and Joseph. Falling in love in their Australian hometown, when Joseph moved to Paris for his studies in a prestigious school, Claire couldn’t resist coming with him.
From there their love story blossomed into today’s every so chic and classic wedding in Paris captured by Melissa Barrick Photography and coordinated by Wedding Paris Planners.
This is how in July they got married in Paris at the “Fondation Dosne Thiers”, a very Parisian venue.
The Fondation Dosne Thiers is part of French heritage and features such elegant salons in a sophisticated and elegant taste, that’s why Claire had such a huge crush on it. They said “Yes” at a city hall across from the “Panthéon”, another famous and iconic Parisian monument.
A little note on a paper from her mother, the embroidered message in the dress, the cutest dog ever, and many other details made this wedding very unique and moving. Claire wanted a classy decoration with candles, baby roses, peonies and a wedding cake made of macarons by the French pâtissier Pierre Hermé.
Surrounded by their 40 guests came from the entire world, they had much fun during a cocktail reception in a very warm and dancing atmosphere.
Many congratulations to Claire and Joseph and thank you for sharing your beautiful wedding with us. If you are planning your wedding in Paris, be sure to check out the suppliers involved in this wedding below.
